YWCA Lancaster’s Black Art Across Lancaster initiative, an expansion of our Black Artist Waystation, is an opportunity for emerging Black artists to grow their craft, build meaningful connections, and create impactful work in the community.
As a mentee, you'll be paired with an experienced Black artist mentor, receive professional guidance, and co-create two Black-centered public art events. This is your chance to amplify your voice, develop your portfolio, and take the next step in your creative journey, while contributing to a more inclusive arts landscape in Lancaster County.
