Creating & Sustaining Social Justice Institutional Change
December 14 @ 9:00 am - December 15 @ 12:00 pm
YWCA Lancaster presents this one-and-a-half day workshop in conjunction with the nationally recognized Washington Consulting Group.
Are you tired of diversity programs and diversity committees and task forces that collect data and do nothing with it? Do you feel like you are spinning your wheels and can’t get any traction? This session will help you assess where your organization gets stuck and what steps are needed to move beyond diversity programs toward institutional and culture change.
Designed for those with prior background in racial-justice training (for example, our Racial Justice Institute or small-group workshops, or similar with another organization); not a beginning-level session.
Held from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 14, and 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon) on the 15th. Lunch will be served on the 14th. Held at YWCA Lancaster in the Maureen Powers Room and limited to 35 participants. Cost: $100 per person.
