We are looking for new clothing items for victim survivors at local area hospitals whose clothing may be taken as evidence when receiving sexual assault forensic exams (SAFE). New Items Needed: Undergarments, Sweatshirts, T-shirts, Yoga pants, Sweatpants for persons of all genders and ages Also, we need new comfort items for Medical Advocates to distribute to victim survivors during exams to provide additional support and remind them…

Trauma Process Yoga Group This is a twelve week series intended for women who have experienced trauma, particularly sexual violence. It is a research backed model that focuses on five tenets known to help with the healing of trauma: structure/routine, socialization, movement, kind and compassionate words, and creativity. Take Back the Night, is a survivor centered event that focuses on uplifting and supporting those who's lives have been impacted by sexual violence. This year's event, to be held at YWCA Lancaster and will feature Jennifer Storm, PA Victim Advocate and survivor. The event will also feature a survivor speak-out. Survivors of sexual violence are invited to share their stories, how they healed, and how they’ve moved forward.
