Building a Community Of Support in Crisis Situations

Time is precious during a crisis. This session will explore community emergency services established to support mental health and substance use response of vulnerable community members. We will also explore ways to be a well-informed to create a culture of providing crisis support and care. Who do you call to de-escalate a situation? What support exists for our youth and adolescents in a crisis? How do we ensure a smooth hand off for proper care? Listen, Learn, and Lead.
