New Choices Career Development Program is a life-changing opportunity for Lancaster, York and Chester County’s individuals in transition to achieve economic self-sufficiency through personal development, career guidance, and job training. New Choices is funded through the Pennsylvania Women Work office of the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.

Currently, we offer virtual courses – one week for 10 hours, offered twice a month – a morning session from 9:30-11:30 a.m. and an afternoon session 1:30-3:30 p.m., completely FREE of charge.

Upon the successful completion of the program, New Choices offers valuable scholarship opportunities for students to pursue further education. Additionally, support from the New Choices staff follows students long after graduation.

New Choices - Class Registration

Thanks for registering for our virtual New Choices Class. In response to the pandemic caused by COVID-19, New Choices Lancaster has launched its traditional New Choices class using a new, safe-from-your-home, virtual model.

During the class, participants will gain access to current lists of job opportunities, practice interviewing and applying for jobs online, revise their resumes, and learn how to manage stress through this uncertain time.

Please complete the form below for our upcoming class. Once you have registered please check your email for additional instructions to begin the orientation process prior to the start of class. Both morning and afternoon times are available.
