Trauma Process Yoga Group

An open level, trauma-informed vinyasa yoga class appropriate for every body led by Katie Sina, co-facilitator/yoga instructor.
Following class there will be an optional 15 minute information session led by Wendy Gaunt discussing the benefits of yoga and movement as a tool in the process of healing trauma, honoring the brain/body connection, and the unique ways a Trauma Process Yoga Group differs from trauma-informed yoga.

The series takes place on Mondays from January 14 – April 1st.
