The event takes place on Tuesday, October 2, at YWCA Lancaster, 110 N. Lime St., Lancaster, Pa. There is no cost to attend, and lunch will be provided.

Norman Bristol Colón was appointed Director of Special Projects for the PA Department of State and Special Assistant to the Secretary of the Commonwealth on August 28, 2017. In this capacity, he serves as state liaison to the National Association of Secretaries of State and is responsible for the state execution of the National Association of Secretaries of State Summer Conference in Philadelphia this July 2018. He is overseeing the state’s coordinated response to hurricane Maria displaced families in Pennsylvania.
A native of Puerto Rico, Mr. Bristol Colón resides in Lancaster where he is an active member of the community serving on numerous boards and committees. He made history by becoming the first Latino Democratic candidate for mayor in Central Pennsylvania receiving over 92% of the Latino vote. He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University.
