Lisa Cameron, MA, LPC, Certified Trauma Practitioner
Lisa Cameron is Director of Empowerment Services at YWCA Lancaster. Having a Master’s degree in Counseling and serving in various roles as a mental health therapist, Lisa was hired in 2010 to oversee YW’s designated county rape crisis center. Over the past eight years, Lisa’s focus has shifted to social justice, which encompasses racial, economic, reproductive, and gender disparities, as well as advocating for equal rights for those identifying as LGBTQIAA++. Lisa regularly serves as an expert witness for the District Attorney’s office and is on the leadership team at YWCA Lancaster. She is a life -long Cubs fan, and lives in Lancaster City with her husband, Eddie, and son, James.
David Nice, MS, SHRM-SCP
David Nice currently works for YWCA Lancaster as Project Manager, Social Justice. He has worked as an independent consultant in the organization development (OD), HR, and training fields for the last six years. David has been associated with the J. Morales Group as well as his own practice, Nice Solutions.
Mr. Nice was the Corporate Manager of OD and Training for the High Companies in Lancaster. Before that, he worked for RR Donnelley in a variety of staff and manufacturing roles. He currently teaches part-time for Elizabethtown College.
David is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. David has served on several Boards of Directors for non-profit and community-based organizations. He has managed and chaired a number of political campaigns, some successful and some not.
