Empowerment

We pioneer opportunities, break down barriers and give voice to the voiceless. YWCA Lancaster is bigger than a place – we have been at the forefront of social change for more than a century. Through robust programming, education and advocacy, YWCA Lancaster extends its mission of empowerment to not only women, but also to young girls, teens, parents, sexual assault survivors, survivor families and significant others, and school partners.
