Amilci Weaver (she/her)

Amilci Weaver(she/her) was born in Guatemala. Since a young age, she was involved in helping with nursery’s, helping with children’s programs, mentoring young teens and, more recently, doing foster care. Being a medical advocate is her dream job because she loves being able to help others and support them in their time of need. Amilci is extremely passionate about the YWCA Lancaster’s mission of eliminating racism and empowering women.  A huge benefit of working as a medical advocate as a homeschooling mother of two is that she can work from home, which allows her to spend time with her family.
