Why do you work at YWCA Lancaster?
Whenever anyone asked me what is my goal, I say to “make a difference” I feel that the YWCA can help me achieve my goal through their programs and mission. Whether I make a difference in a child’s life or even a colleague I enjoy working with individuals and to see them grow and develop.
