Lisa Cameron is Director of Empowerment Services at the YWCA Lancaster. Having a Master’s degree in Counseling and serving in various roles as a mental health therapist, Lisa was hired in 2010 to oversee the YW’s designated county rape crisis center. Over the past eight years, Lisa’s focus has shifted to social justice, which encompasses racial, economic, reproductive, and gender disparities, as well as advocating for equal rights for those identifying as LGBTQIAA++. Lisa regularly serves as an expert witness for the District Attorney’s office and is on the leadership team at the YWCA. She is a life -long Cubs fan, and lives in Lancaster City with her husband, Eddie, and son, James.
