Mandy Billman, LSW (she/her) is the Director for the Sexual Assault Prevention and Counseling Center at the YWCA Lancaster. She has worked for the organization in various capacities for almost twenty years. Mandy is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR). Mandy’s therapeutic approach is trauma informed, person-centered, and strengths based. She participates in local task forces and community groups to improve responses to victim survivors, minimize barriers for folks receiving services, and create social change.
