Sara Gowin (she/her)

Sara Gowin, RN (she/her) is a Medical Advocate for the YWCA Lancaster’s Sexual Assault Prevention and Counseling Center. She has an Associate of Science in Nursing degree from Harrisburg Area Community College and has experience providing direct care for children, adolescents, and adults in an inpatient mental health setting. Sara strives to empower victim/survivors of sexual assault by providing emotional support, advocacy, and resources.

When not at work, Sara enjoys gardening, watching Marvel, and studying for her Master’s degree in Nursing.
