Fran Rodriguez

Fran Rodriguez is a strong community leader serving countless women in Lancaster. She works passionately to eliminate racism, build leadership skills, and support the Latinx community. Ten years ago, Fran noticed that there was a lack of leadership opportunities for Latinx individuals in Lancaster. She acted by founding the Latino Empowerment Project. The program has blossomed into an eight-week leadership course that cultivates collaboration among Latinx individuals.

In addition to her incredible work with the Latino Empowerment Project, Fran is also the co-chair and organizer for the Adelante Education Forum. The forum provides a one-day workshop for Latinx students, their parents, and educators. Fran is an active member of the Lancaster League of Women’s Voters and is currently working at the Lancaster Community Foundation where she leads the Foundation’s Baldwin Leadership Program.
