Brand Guidelines
Welcome to the YWCA Lancaster Brand Guide
To maintain a consistent and unified identity across all communications, it is crucial that all staff adhere to the YWCA Lancaster branding guidelines. These guidelines align with the standards set by YWCA National and ensure we maintain a professional, recognizable image.
External Use of the YWCA Lancaster Logo
Color Palette:
The logo should only appear in Persimmon, Black, or White for all external uses.
Logo Usage
Community Wide Major Events:
For events with involvement from a single department, only the YW logo should be used. This ensures uniformity across all community-facing materials and aligns with YWCA National’s standards.
Events & Programs Hosted by YWCA Lancaster
When promoting events or programs hosted by YWCA Lancaster, departments may use the lock-up logo, which combines both the YW logo and the department name. This highlights both the organization and the specific department's involvement.
Internal Use of the YWCA Lancaster Logo
Internal Signage & Documents:
Within the YWCA Lancaster building (e.g., signage, bulletin boards, internal documents), staff may use their department-specific logo. This ensures clear departmental identity while maintaining consistency within the YWCA Lancaster organization.
Branding Compliance
It is essential that all uses of the YWCA Lancaster logo and related materials strictly follow the branding guidelines above. Non-compliance is not acceptable, as it could lead to inconsistent messaging and branding, and risks violating YWCA National’s policies.
