Administration
The Administrative Team is comprised of our finance, operations, development, communications, and human resources departments.

Childcare
Our Child Enrichment provides a safe, nurturing, and enriching child development service for children ages six weeks to twelve years old. We offer Early Childhood Education services for children ages six weeks and up and full day Pre-K. Our Before and Afterschool Youth Programs inspire young people to achieve academic success, develop leadership skills and strengthen positive decision-making skills. These flexible and affordable services enable hard-working families to continue earning an income while ensuring their children receive a quality education.

Racial and Gender Equity
Our Center for Racial and Gender Equity promotes and engages in advocacy and education and offers a full range of consulting, training and education, community engagement programs, racial equity resources, and annual events offers opportunities for all to develop the knowledge and resources to move towards racial equity.

Sexual Assault Prevention and Counseling Center
Through our Sexual Assault Prevention & Counseling Center, we offer counseling, sexual assault training and prevention, legal advocacy, medical advocacy, and community education. We offer a 24-hour Sexual Assault Hotline operated by trained professionals.

Career Development
Our New Choices Career Development Program offers individuals in transition the opportunity to achieve economic self-sufficiency through personal development, career guidance, and job training. Individuals work in a group and one-on-one setting to set goals and develop a plan to find a new career path.

Residence and Facilities
Our Kepler Hall Residence Program offers single female-identifying individuals and single-parent families housing at YWCA Lancaster. We offer housing assistance with a focus on the establishment of well-defined goals and objectives. Residents work to achieve self-sufficiency, and to find permanent housing and employment.

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) offering competitive salaries and benefit packages based on full-time or part-time status (must work 30 hours per week to earn benefits.) We recognize ten paid holidays annually including International Women’s Day and Juneteenth and all staff attend the Racial Equity Institute. In addition to Short Term Disability, the YWCA also offers 4 weeks of paid parental leave.
