Creative Crossroads: Playback Theatre & Community Conversation

Register Here

Community conversations like you’ve never seen before. Slow down, connect, and inspire!

In these times of shifting ground, you are not alone.

Has your mind been racing lately? Would you welcome a place where you can slow down and find connection - with your own hopes and stories, with your neighbors, with what's going on in the world? Settle in around our creative campfire for an afternoon of conversation, story, and music, at a different rhythm than the everyday.

Join YWCA Lancaster, River Crossing Playback Theatre and Advoz in a unique conversation space created by Playback Theater and facilitated circles, where stories from the audience are “played back” in a way that honors our diverse experiences and our common humanity. You are invited to connect, to discuss, and to witness, even tell, stories of the deep challenges of these times and the sources of resilience and strength that live in our community.

In times when the ground is shifting, how do we ground ourselves? How do we connect with neighbors around us – who may or may not experience things similarly?

Be a part of this series of conversation - performances as we engage at the crossroads with the question: what kind of community do we want to be - and who do we want to be in it?
