Workplace Excellence and Belonging
Let’s build something better—together.
A Justice Education Program by YWCA Lancaster
At YWCA Lancaster, we know that every organization has the power to shape a more just and inclusive world—starting from within. That’s why we newly created Workplace Excellence and Belonging (WEB), an energizing and impactful training program designed to help teams of all sizes and sectors create spaces where everyone feels valued, respected, and able to thrive.
Whether you're a nonprofit, business, school, or community group, WEB helps you move beyond buzzwords to real change. With new flexible pricing options, we will equip you with practical tools, bold conversations, and expert guidance every step of the way.
Who We Are
WEB is powered by YWCA Lancaster’s Social Justice Education team—a dynamic group of facilitators with lived experience and deep expertise in racial and gender equity, organizational development, and inclusive practices.
We don’t offer one-size-fits-all trainings. Instead, we partner with you to understand your goals, tailor your experience, and guide your team through meaningful transformation.

✔️ Gain tools to foster allyship and shared accountability
✔️ Learn how to create environments where everyone feels like they belong
✔️ Leave with a clear plan to put learning into action
