The Sexual Assault Hotline is operated by local, trained staff and volunteers. We’re here for you, no matter what: crisis intervention services, questions about resources and referrals related to sexual violence; inquiries about counselling; and requests to provide medical advocacy at local hospitals.

Volunteer with Purpose: Be a Lifeline of Support
YWCA Lancaster is seeking compassionate volunteers to join our 24-hour Sexual Assault Hotline team. As a volunteer, you’ll provide crisis intervention and resources to victim survivors when they need it most. No prior experience is required! Training is provided. By giving your time, you can be the voice of hope and healing for someone in crisis.

YWCA Lancaster’s Sexual Assault Counseling Center provides support and advocacy for victim survivors of sexual abuse, for significant others, and for other family members. The goal is to facilitate healing and empowerment for those who have experienced sexual trauma.
