YWCA Lancaster Announces new Development Director

Lancaster, Pa. (July 29, 2020) – YWCA Lancaster is pleased to announce the appointment of Nancy O’Halloran as its new Development Director.  Ms. O’Halloran began work at the agency in mid-July.

Ms. O’Halloran has over 29 years of business development experience, specifically, providing HVAC Services solutions to the industrial, institutional and commercial markets in Central PA.  Nancy has taken leadership positions on many Boards including the International Facility Managers Association Central PA, the Art Association of Harrisburg, and most recently YWCA Lancaster Board of Directors.

Stacie Blake, YWCA Lancaster CEO, said: “We are delighted that Nancy has agreed to join YWCA as the new development director. As a former board member, and someone who is passionate about our mission, I am pleased that Nancy will be able to utilize her nearly three decades of business development experience to further our mission.”

“Every person/company has a story to tell and my goal is to find a way to share their stories through involvement with the YWCA,” says Nancy O’Halloran regarding her new role. “I will work closely with communications and leadership teams to further the mission and goals to eliminate racism and empower women across the community,” she added.
