Part-Time Before & After School Childcare Staff

YWCA Lancaster is looking for PT Before and After School Staff.  Our School Age Childcare operates in Millersville and Lancaster from 6:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. – various shifts are available.  Minimum of 9 credits in Elementary Education, SACC Credential, or 2,500 hours of childcare experience is required. Position starts at $12.00/hour – actual rate of pay depends on education and experience.  Apply in person or to employment@ywcalancaster.org YWCA 110 N. Full-Time Teacher

PT On-Call Medical Advocate to provide immediate & supportive advocacy to survivors of sexual violence & significant others; hotline advocacy also included; training provided; college degree preferred.

PT Special Projects Intern / Assistant to CEO

PT Special Projects Intern to assist the Chief Executive Officer by learning all elements of how a not-for-profit, social service agency functions; will work on diverse projects, directly with the CEO. The CEO will be the intern’s mentor. Required Proficiencies: Email (Gmail functionality – Drive, Calendar, etc.; Word, and Excel); must be comfortable interacting with leadership, Board Members, and all levels of program staff. Business majors in degree-seeking programs are strongly encouraged to apply!

FT Counselor and Educator

YWCA Lancaster is looking for a dedicated and dynamic person to fill a full time role of counselor and educator. This position will specifically counsel children and adults who have experienced sexual violence. Our counseling center staff is robust, compassionate, and innovative. We love our work and the people we serve.
