FT Administrative Assistant
FT Administrative Assistant needed for the Sexual Assault Prevention & Counseling Center. Monday – Friday: 9:30 a.m – 6:00 p.m with ½ hour lunch break. Responsible for all clerical functions including: preparation of correspondence, mail processing, record management, and data entry. Role also completes client intakes and serves as a staff backup on the 24/7 Rape Crisis Hotline on a rotating basis. Previous administrative assistant experience preferred. Bilingual preferred. Bilingual Counselor and Educator
YWCA Lancaster is looking for a dedicated and dynamic person to fill a full-time role of Counselor and Educator. This position will specifically counsel, at our downtown and mobile sites, children and adults who have experienced sexual violence. This position will provide primary prevention education programming. Our counseling center staff is robust, compassionate, and innovative. We love our work and the people we serve.

The YWCA Lancaster is looking for Full-Time Before and After School Staff at our Millersville locations. This is a split shift position. The hours are 6:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., and 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday –Friday. YWCA Lancaster is currently seeking qualified candidates to work with families that are involved with Lancaster County Children and Youth Social Services Agency. As a Parent Educator, you would be teaching and modeling parenting skills, identifying the parent’s needs of household management, helping to re-build self-esteem, identifying and promoting life management skills, and assist in the building of a support system for the family. This is done through a personalized intervention.
This is a part-time paid position. All training materials are provided and hours are flexible, but will include two Wednesday meetings per month from 9am-11am. Parenting experience strongly preferred (natural, foster or adoptive). Additional qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong documentation skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills. Additional training or experience in child welfare and/or child development is helpful. Court testimony may be required. Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred.
