Interim FT Building Manager

Part-Time Before & After School Childcare Staff

Part-Time Before & After School Childcare Staff to work in Lancaster, Millersville, Washington Boro & Willow Street areas. 6:30-9:00 a.m. & 3-6:00 p.m. Experience working with children is a must.

Full-Time Teacher 

Full-Time Teacher to work in YWCA Lancaster’s Child Development Services. Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education required.

PT Parent Educator

The YWCA Lancaster is currently seeking qualified candidates to work on a part time basis with families who are involved with the Lancaster County Children and Youth Social Services Agency.  General duties of a parent educator are as follows: teaching and modeling parenting skills using a strengths based curriculum, identifying parental needs of household management in a hands on, interactive way, assisting to build self-esteem, identifying and promoting life management skills, and assisting in the building of a support system for the family. Court appearances will occur with this position as well.  All training materials are provided and the hours are flexible, with the exception of mandatory staff and training meetings two Wednesday a month from 9am-11am, and evenings as needed.  Experience working with children required.  Additional qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong documentation skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills. Summer Camp Staff

YWCA Lancaster is looking for Summer Camp staff.  Our Summer Camp sites operate in Millersville and in Lancaster from 6:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. Various shifts are available. We are looking for positive, enthusiastic staff to lead the children through a variety of summertime activities.
