The Sexual Assault Hotline is operated by local, trained staff and volunteers. We’re here for you, no matter what: crisis intervention services, questions about resources and referrals related to sexual violence; inquiries about counselling; and requests to provide medical advocacy at local hospitals.

YWCA Lancaster’s Sexual Assault Counseling Center provides support and advocacy for victim survivors of sexual abuse, for significant others, and for other family members. The goal is to facilitate healing and empowerment for those who have experienced sexual trauma. The Counseling Center utilizes special programs designed for children, adolescents, and adults to meet their diverse needs.
April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month
This annual campaign strives to raise community awareness about sexual violence and to educate on means of prevention as well as ways to support victim/survivors. YWCA Lancaster is proud to partner with the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape (PCAR) to provide resources and ways to get involved throughout the month of April and year-round!
